Please Touch Museum, Part 2
We woke up to a beautiful Monday morning in Baltimore. I'm not sure what we were watching but it might have been catapult videos on YouTube. The boys love catapults these days.
We had plans to do some something, anything in Baltimore. But everything was closed on Monday. Luckily, the Please Touch Museum was open. So we visited for the 2nd time in 3 days - this time with a conductor's hat.
Otis rang Sam's purchases up.
So many.
Then it was grocery shopping time.
Sam's turn to be at the cash register.
Sam made a new friend.
Dance time and then back to Brooklyn.

Sam and Otis Love Eddie Murray
We took a short stroll from the hotel to Camden Yards. The Orioles were in Oakland but Eddie's #33 was in Baltimore.
There it is!
33! The boys have been obsessed with Eddie since I brought home his replica statue in Mid August.
Showing me 33 on their fingers.
Sam got lost in the moment of staring at his fingers.
Sam verified with his brother what 33 looked like on one's fingers.
Brooks!
Then Otis did his best Elvis Costello in front of the Babe Ruth statue. Sam tried to do the splits.
Through the fence, we could make out the news Orioles statues. The boys wanted to know who each of players were. They were intrigued by the Jim Palmer one - "Dad who is the guy with his leg up in the air?" And they marveled at how much Eddie's tush sticks out.
We want to see Eddie Murray up close!
Pretending to cry.
Eutaw St. Hug.

B & O Railroad Musuem
Morning time at Dickiebird's house.
Late morning time at Grandma's house.
And then the boys had their minds blown at the B & O Railroad Museum in Baltimore.
We want to ride 5 trains today!
Or maybe just four trains.
Or maybe ten trains.
So many trains!
Not only was it Grandma's idea to go to the museum, she also bought the boys some cool stuff. Sam refused to let anyone else hold it.
For dinner, we went to the Papermoon Diner. Not the best food but they have fun stuff on the walls!
They see train tracks everywhere.
See you next time Grandma! See you next time Glad!
We stayed at a hotel right by Camden Yards. Sam was inspired to pose like Jim Palmer.
Let's go look at the Eddie Murray statue!!!

Great Grandma, Flashlights, and Chocolate Milk
After our morning in Philadelphia, we got in the car and headed south to Great-Grandma's house.
Sam caught up on his reading.
And then it was flashlight time - a tradition at Great Grandma's house.
When told not to shine the light directly into anyone's eyes, the boys showed their true personalities. Otis disregarded the rule and Sam shined the light right into his own eyes.
Chocolate milk and chocolate cookies. Being spoiled is the way to go.
I want three cookies!
High fives for Great Grandma.
And big hugs as well.
We spent the night at Rich and Courtney's digs. Before going to sleep, there was some extra time for more books.
